Dr. Leung's practice has moved from Oakville to Scarborough.
Dr. Leung no longer operates at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital and no longer sees patients at 710 Dorval Drive, Unit 701, Oakville, Ontario.
Dr. Leung continues to provide medical and surgical eye care to adults and children, and now operates at the Scarborough Health Network. Dr. Leung's priority is to ensure that her existing patients receive ongoing care, if required. Dr. Leung understands that change may be stressful, and this website is meant to help facilitate this transition.
If you are an adult patient who previously saw Dr. Leung and have an appointment scheduled at the Oakville office, you do NOT need to call the office or do anything to transfer your care to Dr. Daniel. Dr. Daniel's office will call you to confirm the date and time of your existing appointment closer to the appointment day.
Office visits and consultations are by appointment only. Dr. Leung does not accept walk-in patients.
Referrals from physicians and optometrists are welcomed and can be faxed to the office.
Please allow up to 2 hours for your entire appointment.
If appointments are missed or cancelled with less than 2 business days notice, patients will be charged a $50.00 administrative fee prior to re-booking an appointment.
This fee is not covered by OHIP.
